Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value. However there is a minimum charge
of £3.50 for postage and packing.
Discounts: Selected items are cheaper (normally 10% cheaper) when purchased
in a pack quantity. If you wish to take advantage of this discount, where
available, simply purchase a pack quantity instead of singles. You will not get
the discount is you purchase the pack quantity number of items as singles.
Payment: All online payments are taken via PayPal. If you do not have a
PayPal account, one can be opened for you FREE of charge. This only takes a
couple of minutes and you are never charged anything extra to make payments
from your PayPal account. Once you have registered your details, all future
payments can be debited automatically from PayPal account which is linked to
your bank account or credit card. If you do not wish to pay via PayPal you can
make a note of the item numbers you wish to purchase and then telephone us on 023
8043 1323 between 10am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday to make payment by
credit or debit card.
Ordering: To order an item online, click on the ‘add to basket’ button. If you wish to order more than ‘one’ of an item simply amend the quantity box on the summary page.
Carriage Charges: Carriage will be charged on orders sent by post and will be added
to the total. Carriage charges are subject to change at any time.
Assortments: Many of the items listed are available in a selection of various
designs and/or colours. It is not always possible to list all of the variations
separately. When an item is listed as “Assorted”, this item is not
normally available in any specific variation and you will receive your purchase randomly selected
from those available. The item you receive, although similar, may be different
to the one(s) illustrated.
Dispatch: All goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt
of order, usually next working day. Over 99% of items listed are available from
stock. Any items temporarily out of stock will normally be sent when available.
We reserve the right to send alternative goods if an item ordered is
discontinued or will not be available for several weeks so long as any
replacement item is of equal or greater value than the item ordered. If no
suitable alternative is available, the amount will be credited to your PayPal
account. Please notify us if you have not received your goods after 14 days
from placing your order.
Returns: Any unsuitable items may be returned within fourteen days of
receipt, in the condition in which they were received, for a full refund. We
are unable to refund the costs of any return postage. However, items which have
been personalised or specifically produced to the buyers
instructions cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or faulty
condition.
Damages: Please notify us of any damages or errors in a delivery within
seven days of receipt of goods but do not return any faulty items until asked
by us to do so.
Governing Law: All transactions are covered by the Laws of England and Wales.
